This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy applies to Cozygethub (hereinafter referred to as “we”). We operate exclusively through an online store and are committed to providing a clear and transparent after-sales service experience.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within the valid return and exchange period
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and included items must be intact
Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns or exchanges may be refused if the product shows signs of damage, wear, alteration, or improper use.

Follow the instructions provided by our support team
Securely pack the item using the original packaging where possible
Attach the provided return label to the parcel
Send the package back according to the instructions
Please note: Returned items must remain in good condition. If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, the return request may be rejected. For your convenience, a return label is included inside the package.
If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed as follows:
Contact our customer service team to request an exchange
Specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement
Return the original item in accordance with the return process
Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement item will be processed and shipped
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
Refund method: The refund will be returned within 1–3 business days to the original payment card used at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB
Refund arrival time: The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing efficiency of your card issuer and may vary
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has passed inspection.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed issue with the order
